Tonight we surprised Manny with a birthday celebration!! He will be 23 years old on March 22nd...and he will spend the whole day traveling from Sydney to Bangkok for a race in Thailand. I baked a little chocolate/vanilla swirl cake...tested out our oven's baking abilities (definitely not up to par...burnt the edges of my whole cake)!
