Upon my departure from college and as I approach entering the real world...a great way to keep in touch with friends and family. Although I will be living farther away...you will all be closer to my heart.

Nuthin' but Trainin'

Swimming, Biking, Running. Well, I have just summed up all that I have been doing since my last post! Oh yeah, also some Eating, Sleeping, Laughing, Shopping, Napping, Relaxing, Having Fun, Reading, Watching TV, etc!
This is almost the conclusion of the second week of Chula Vista camp. It was harder than the first week, with more cycling and running and about the same in the pool. Today was very light in preparation for a Road Race tomorrow: http://tourofmurrieta.californiabicycleracing.org/. Check out the web page for the Tour of Murrieta. We are competing in the road race, 40 miles for all the women in 3 laps of 13.4 miles. Wish me and the rest of the women's Tri team good luck!!
Also of note would be the results and current action of the GATORS SWIM & DIVE TEAMS at the SEC meet in Gainesville, Florida: http://gatorzone.com/swimmingdiving/tour/sec/2005/. Check out all the gold medals, NCAA records, SEC records, Team records, Best times and great races that the Gators are performing! Lets see, just to name a few things...the men AND women WON the 800 free relay on Wed. night...both in NCAA RECORD times! Then there was Lochte's American Record in the 200 IM. How about Caroline Burkle's 500 Free...SEC record! Dustin McLarty (can't leave him out) 2 swims already...and 2 best times; tomorrow is the 1650...it's only about 15 minutes of pure pain...good luck!!!
